Great item perfect for festivals. Make sure you order a kilt tw to three sizes up from trouser waist size. Eg I am a 34inch waist. My kilt is size 38/40, which is a perfect fit.

Fantastic quality. Good weight and really comfortable to wear. Looks great on so my wife assures me. Read the instructions on where you measure yourself. I did, and it fitted perfectly, but think you know better than the manufacturer and you will be disappointed.

Nice sturdy kilt, fits really well. Perfect for strolling down the street or dancing at a sweaty gig. Got the plain black one and I may buy a tartan one next. Measure around your navel though, not your waist.

I ordered a 34 to 36 on the 19th. Then received an email asking me to measure from navel to navel round the body and sent the measurement off as a Kilt is worn high. To my surprise it arrived on the 21st size 38 to 40. However....... It fits perfectly and still has room for adjustment either way. A very well made item , heavy material. I really like the material its made of and how it feels when worn. Please make sure that you follow the size recommendations and to measure your circumference around your belly button. There is some small adjustment if required but it is comfortable to wear around your middle. Good customer support when ordering as they check that you have measured correctly before sending order out. 5 stars for them as this is real customer service.

I moved to Scotland from Essex three years ago and the first thing I bought was a proper tartan kilt. However, the quality is really too good for jumping around in glens and burns all day, and my sporran kept banging against my wedding tackle! Enter the guy I met wearing a camouflage patterned utility kilt a few weeks ago. He owns about 10 kilts of different colours and materials. He got me thinking and I came onto Amazon searching for quality and value for money. I found both of these and Customer Care to boot! The email ensuring correct measuring is a nice touch for those new customers unsure of how to do it. I wore my new kilt for the first time last Saturday and found it well-fitting, comfortable and good value for money with nice spacious pockets. I will be looking to getting a black kilt from you soon. My only gripe (if it can be called that) is that there doesn’t seem to be a choice in length, but as I’m quite tall it doesn’t really matter. Navy blue kilt was the one I purchased. It fitted well and size was more exact that most. Weight was good, though not the heaviest material I have seen in a utility kilt. Generally well made, maybe a couple of loose threads around holes for straps, but for the price excellent quality. Would buy again.

I had to return mine as it didn't fit - you have to be really strict about sizing as they have no stretch - but the quality and style was fantastic. Tip - use a real measuring tape and properly measure around your waist, don't just get the size of jeans you wear, as jeans usually have a bit of give to them, and if you put on weight, they'll stretch with you too. This definitely doesn't!
