Poor experience poor service
Almost a year now, this hob has been problematicâit either doesnât ignite or flares up like a blast, and the knob requires excessive pressure to operate. Despite filing multiple complaints, each one is closed without resolution, citing various reasons. Currently, out of 5 burners, only 2 are working. Poor experience poor service

The delivery was as per schedule, the product was in perfect condition and works brilliantly. The installation guy contacted soon after and set up was done smoothly.

Faber hoptop 5 burner auto ignition is overall good only prob is that after using it brass burner has changed the colour and had some black dots kind of spots on the burner which doesn't look good and those marks are not going after cleaning it though ,âšī¸

Not worth spending that much cost
I bought this product paying Rs 22000/- thinking that I shall be tension free for years to come. Immediately on installation I was not satisfied with the flame intensity. When I complained the technician fitted one bigger nozzle then my utensil getting black patches at the bottom due to reddish flame. I was told by the technician that this stove is suitable for piped gas. Anyway since return option was not there as I purchased it from a shop, I continued using it. But within 2 years now all the three big burners are not working. When I called technician, I am told that the burner set needs to be changed due to the gap created ( 2nd photograph) perhaps each burner costing more than one thousand. I am thinking of discarding the gas stove and go for simple brass burner gas stove available at Rs 3000 to 4000.

Complete waste of money
Very poor quality burners. They corrode and become bent out of shape. I have been using it for close to 2 years now. You cannot buy replacement burners. You can only get them from your service agencies. And if you are stuck with a good for nothing agency you can consider the money invested flushed down the drain. The flames cause soot as well. On the whole a gross waste of money !!
