It said it came with a case but i didnt get a case ?

Mine came in a small pretty paper box that I keep them in.

How many oz can fit in the spoon?

hello friend, It can hold about 9-10 ml of water, that is to say about 0.31-0.34 oz. if have any problem, please feel free to contact us, AOOSY service

what is the finish on the spoons?

It is a low gloss finish. I was very happy with them. I would not recommend ever putting them in a dishwasher. Like all wooden utensils, hand wash and immediately dry. I was very glad to add these to my dinner table and I actually purchased two sets about a month ago.

Thanks your question, our factory is in China, and the Raw Materails imported from Canada, due to the Japan Exporting is our major business so the factory management is by Japanese expert. As we did not build warehouses in the United States, so we ship from the factory temporary.
