Can this be used on laser printers or ink jet?

This is a high quality very heavy card stock. Only high quality printers can print on these. Read your printer manual to see if it can handle 120 lb cover or 325 GSM.

Is this 120 cover good for crayon coloring?

My grandson uses this when he comes to visit, he uses crayons and and the colored liquid pens. They work very well.

When printing on a laser printer will the ink smear at all? I bought a different paper and the colors smeared even after allowing more than 24 hours t

Tip on printing on cardstock. I put my printer setting on heaviest. This heats up the printer before printing and I won't smear. A second option is to spray a light coat of fixatif after printing to seal the ink.

Can this paper handle fineliners, sharpie markers & alcohol and water base markers or pens?

yes. I am using this stock with acrylic's and water colors and I have used markers and pens also. It is a very good card stock.
