Lil' Drugstore Products Pain Reliever Sleep Aid, 50 Count

This came highly recommended by a friend for night leg cramps and I had to give it a try. I take one about 1/2 hour before I go to bed and it seems to help make me drowsy. I seem to have less trouble falling asleep. As for the night cramps, they have helped with that quite a lot. I don't get them at night so much now as sometimes in the morning immediately upon getting up. I would definitely recommend giving them a try if you have the horrible cramps in your legs.

This product works for nighttime twitchy feet that keep you awake.

Product is good for sleep. It is 3 days late getting here. So far.
