Will cleaning the toilet deteriorate or harm the sticker in any way?

As long as you don't use anything abrasive on it, it will be fine. I spray & wipe the same way I did before I got the sticker. No signs of wear so far & it’s been over a year...

No, the decal does not glow in the dark. It must have been the switch plate they were talking about.Sorry for the delay, but I had misplaced the decal and just located it and put it on this past week. Just found this inquiry again!

How do I get it to stick on the toilet?

Clean toilet surface then Peel off the thin wax backing as you would any other sticker. This one has a thin backing but it can be peeled. Smooth out the surface and Voila!
