COUNT YOUR CAPSULES!
The product works, but I just got my bottle delivered on July 1st and I only take one capsule each day, so how is it that I only have 8 capsules left? There is NO WAY this bottle had 60 capsules. Update: They reached out and made things right.

Ladies do not take if on Estrogen replacement!
Yes, it works a little too good. I’m on estradiol patch , CDG pulls out estrogen. My Estradiol level decreased & my sleep has suffered. Estrogen keeps you asleep. I wish they had a warning on the bottle.

Good Product!
I liked the lesser dose of 100 mg, as I'd been taking 200 mg of Dim. It didn't interfere with my other supplements that support my hormonal balance.
