I bought these to help with skin hydration not realizing all the other benefits. The FIRST night I soaked in a bath with these I slept so good..i took 2 soaking baths in the first week and I swear that week I slept all week so well. Had no idea it would help like that! Only problem is, the bag is so small and cost is too much! I cant afford to be purchasing constantly. Had to find another brand with more for cheaper. Hope it works just as well.

I mix 60g of magnesium chloride with 1 l of water and I drink 200ml of the solution everyday for 5 days. This is a French habit I inherited from my mother and it has always worked a treat for me. I can't guarantee that Ancient Minerals Magnesium Chloride will work for everybody in terms of oral consumption but it does for me, so consume at your own risk! If you have used Epsom salt for healing infections or for soaking - move up to magnesium salts. You use less and it honestly makes a huge difference for healing & muscle/joint pain. Can't live without it! Remember to NOT rinse off. If you're dirty, shower first to get clean then run the bathtub to soak. 1 handful is plenty. It's WAY more expensive but totally worth it.
