TIG Gas Lens Ceramic Cups Jumbo 53N87 12# 3/4" 19.5mm 5pcs

So I order these quite a bit, but in normal use I wouldn't have to. I'm a bit of an outlaw when it comes to TIG welding, you're not supposed to use a gas lens with aluminum welding, but whateva, whateva, I do what I want! And I do weld a lot of aluminum, these things stand up to a lot of abuse welding on cattle pots, and I get a long long time out of them, but I would say after a few months of that high heat abuse from 400 Amp AC Tig, they eventually give up the ghost and fall apart. Luckily I have spares when that happens. 100% satisfied with them.

Useful item for my welding son

The whole set costs less than a single cup from a top brand. Nothing broke immediately, so well worth the money.

First off great TIG cups I used one of their size 12 cups and preformed well when aluminum welding 185-200 amps so there’s an idea of their quality (just for the new to welding guys you can use these cups on any metal not just aluminum) also these cups are just as fragile as most TIG cups so don’t expect anything extra but they ARE strong enough to properly walk the cup only one problem it’s the size 15 cups I had set it up with a jumbo Collet Body/Gas lens 3/32 and tightened it flush and the tip of the gas lens was longer than the cup 😂 which renders it useless for my set up but overall great cups definitely recommend and will buy more in the future

Welded with this at 180 amps on some 6" Schedule 80, had no issues with the heat, was smooth walking the cup compared to the grey Nitride super cups, these seem to slide a bit better over welds. If you drop any kinda cup they all break, for the money these work great and already paid themselves off and then some for me. Only negative is sometimes the threading can be a bit cheap on these.

Cups are good and for a good price but one of my bags was open and a Tig cup was missing so watch out

As long as you’re not a pinecone and is using the large diameter gas lens for it, they fit and work as intended. (Stubby, standard and large lens picture for reference).

L'oggetto di per sé è perfetto e fa il suo lavoro ma attenzione,i Classici uggelli gas lens hanno un diametro di 16 mm .Per queste ceramiche ce bisogno di quelli da 23 mm
