Been getting most of beans, seeds, and nuts from Food to Live. Their quality is always top notched. It may not be the lowest price but definitely among the best quality.

The seeds are as advertised: Raw, unhulled and black. I enjoy them in chicken dishes and especially on salads. My trainer encouraged me to use them as a good and natural source of calcium, believe it or not.

The flavor is ok

My order arrived exactly when promised, was exactly what I expected from the photo, description, etc. I follow the Ayurvedic practice of chewing a spoonful of sesame seeds first thing each morning to keep my digestion humming. (Sesame seeds also are rich in calcium and other minerals.) Where I live, it's impossible to find unhulled sesame seeds, so I have to order them through Amazon. Food to Live's seeds are everything I want at a very fair price.
