I checked with my doctor before starting my diet, exercise and supplement routine. I take two of these a day with the Applied Nutrition Acai and Green Tea cleanse system (2 each), and I've lost 7 lbs in one week. These products are meant to be taken in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise. If you continue to eat junk, I don't know that you will see any results, but I can tell you, this product has really helped to jump start my weight loss. The changes I've made are smaller portions of food throughout the day, no alcohol, no red meat, lots of fish and heavy on the raw fruit and vegetables.

I tried these capsules after trying a lower mg. I started taking 100mg up to 1000 mg a day. I noticed a little more energy, but if you only have a few pounds(like 10) to go this is pointless. One side effect I did notice is the longer I took them, the more agitated I became. I was on them for about two months, and slowly increased the dose. And became very annoyed with everything, and so tired by the end of the day. Not worth it!!

I have been taking Raspberry Ketones 500mg for a month now. I have noticed my stomach is starting to shrink. I take this along with Green coffee Bean with Svetol 800mg. I tried another product from this site for 2 months and no changes at all. I will continue to take it.

Just another fad idea. Gave it a try no results. Would not buy any more. Sounded good but did not seem to work for me..
