While this did fix my Gigabyte are 14 (Buying this screen was a bit of a gamble, but had no choice since this model lacks much online information or support.) -2 stars for poor LED back lighting hue and the consequential poor color reproduction. White levels appear pinkish, things that are supposed to be a bright cyan appear more of a baby blue. This is mostly noticeable when using my secondary 27in Benq monitor as a secondary monitor. While this is partially correctable using software-based color calibration (intel HD settings) it reduces the color gamut and contrast.Also, something I forgot to consider: This screen (at least what I received) has a GLOSSY finish, not MATTE. Coming from a matte screen, I have mixed feelings about this change. On one hand I am sure glare is going to be a problem in brightly-lit environments. But it seems to be somehow sharper or more clear than the OEM screen as a result. At 1440p I didn't think it would make a difference!
