I don’t leave reviews but I have to say that this 80 oz flan pan was absolutely amazing. I’m not the best cook, and I’ve never made any kind of desert well… but the flan I made for the first time ever in this little flan pan came out PERFECT in my instant pot. I had a bunch of people over who were flan snobs and said it was the best they ever had. The consistency was PERFECT.I used 7 eggs and 2 yolks, 1 cup heavy cream, 2 cans evaporated milk and 2 cans condensed milk (all room temp) and blended it. I did have about a cup of leftover liquid but I’ll eventually learn how to tweak to recipe to prevent waste. Filled the pan about 80% and sealed it.2 cups water in instapot. Put the flan pan on the trivet and did 30 min on high pressure and natural release for 25 min. I then placed it in the freezer until it was cool and then put in fridge and it was ready and PERFECT in 4 hours . Not too eggy. No cracks, just a perfect restaurant quality firm smooth custard finish flan! Don’t sleep on this one! I also fed 10 adults with this 80oz pan in my 8 qt instapot. It was so thick!

I adore this pan! I love egg custard so I knew I would like flan. I had it in multiple restaurants, and only one served what I felt was the true consistency and flavor of flan. I looked up recipes for flan and chose one that seemed like it would satisfy my taste buds. I needed a flanera, but all the ones I saw were the customary 7.5 inches in diameter. I live by myself and wanted to make a smaller flan. Then I found this one! It is only 6 " in diameter, but still 3" deep like the larger ones.Since my recipe was for the larger flanera, I calculated that I would need to convert the recipe to 60% of the ingredients. However, I wanted to first try to put a full recipe in this flanera to see what would happen. The results were a thicker, delicious, authentic -tasting flan, and the recipe was perfect! I did cut back on the amount of sugar for the caramel in this smaller flanera, but my next full-recipe flan (to take to my family) will have the full amount of sugar so the caramel is more plentiful. Then I will try my reduced amount recipe and see how that turns out with a thinner flan.It was truly rewarding to make a successful flan for the first time, and I look forward to making it again and again.

Nice quality but do not work us says used twice and both time my flan got water in.

Very sturdy, well made and pretty.

Pros:1. The cover seals over the container, ensuring that no moisture gets into the pan and ruining whatever you are cooking. This is important if you want to get whatever you are cooking to come out right.2. The handle is super helpful especially if you use it in a pressure cooker.3. Superior craftsmanship. Solid build and polish.4. Easy to clean. I used a scotch Brite sponge in taking the flan stuck on the sides and it looks good as new.5. Did not warp when I melted sugar in it. Contained heat well and syrup came out perfect!6. Perfect even as a lunch box.Cons:1. I wish it was more affordable.2. The latch and locks need a little getting used to in maneuvering to close or open it. It's not flimsy but the tension doesn't seem perfect when latching and locking.Absolutely great! I have been making Filipino flan for years in smaller oval aluminum molds that have started to break down. I decided to get this to make bigger ones and hoping for easy cleaning and better quality.Making the sugar syrup and melting it directly over the burner came out perfectly. I didn't burn the sugar. I cooked the flan using my ninja foodi pressure cooker for 16 minutes. I am so pleased with the outcome! The most perfect flan I have made and even the texture and taste is fantastic!I'll buy more.

Works perfectly. A double batch flan bakes to perfection in this flanera. It's food grade stainless (magnet tested), the laser etching is well done. I had a possible concern with the spot welds holding the clasps and lid handle on, they are very small- but so far, very sturdy as well.

This is a professional size flan pan. If you’re a beginner, beware. Buy smaller flow pants first and learn to make flan. It’s tricky in some ways. Don’t start out using this large flan pan like I did. But once you, master flaw or crème caramel, which is my favorite, then triple your recipe and make it in this beautiful pan!

Parece sencillo pero es la mejor flanera que pude haber escogido. Ni lo dudes .Los broches son buenos y sellan perfectamente. Me cabe dentro de la instant pot. Pude hacer un flan perfecto y tiene una altura muy bonita .No me gustaba el tema de las flores pero ya que la tienes cerca se ve muy muy linda

Compré el de 8.5 “ de diámetro, perfecto para mi olla express de 8 litros para ahorrar tiempo y gas. Aunque no he usado, no puedo decir más.

Me encanto su diseño , la cocción es perfecta y se desmolda muy fácil el flan y el pudin , es perfecta para mi instant pot
