Can I leave in for awhile then wash out?

My beautician applies TME on after she shampoo my hair. We leave TME on my hair for 30 minutes under a hot drier then rinse and roll and I go back under drier for 45 minutes then she style. I love the softness of my hair and my hair don't break and no split ends.

I just purchased this product a couple weeks ago. I went to use it and there no seal ubder the lid, there was no outer seal either. Is this normal?

My wife purchased it more than once and mine didn't have a seal.
