A potential life-saver
This comprehensive first-aid kit lives in my "grab-and-go" bag, in which I keep emergency supplies in case of a disaster that forces me to flee my home. Examples would be a catastrophic earthquake, tsunami, wildfire or World War III. I hope I never have to use it, but being a volunteer member of my county's Emergency Response Team, I understand the need to be prepared.I've always had a small first-aid kit in my grab-and-go bag, but this package from Xpress takes it to a whole new level. It contains nearly 100 individual items, and it would be a fair deal at its original price of $45, but at its current price of $22, it's a bargain. My small first-aid kit enables me to treat cuts, abrasions and swelling. This one expands my capabilities to all of the above, plus eye injuries, burns, heavy bleeding and much more. It also comes with a 45-page emergency first-aid guide that gives instructions on how to cope with airway obstructions, allergic reactions, breathing emergencies, heart attacks, hypothermia, heat stroke, poisoning, seizures, stroke and more. You could literally save lives with this package and the information it contains. If you buy it and put it in a grab-and-go bag as I did, you may have spent $22 for something that you will never use, but it's a small price to pay for having the ability to treat all kinds of injuries and health issues in a pinch.I live in a remote, rural area, and if The Big One hits, we might not see emergency responders for weeks or even months, because we could be cut off by fallen bridges and blocked roads, and rescue teams will be concentrated in the most populated zone, Seattle. Those of us in "the sticks" may have to fend for ourselves for a long time. Be prepared. This package could help you.The only "con" is that the kit comes in a corrugated cardbox box, which won't do well in water or if something heavy falls on it. Plastic or metal would be better, but maybe I can put all its contents into that kind of case myself.

This Medicine Cabinet Refill Kit Is A MUST HAVE For Every Household!
This is a fantastic medicine cabinet refill kit that I would recommend for every household. It comes with a little bit of everything you need for minor cuts, scrapes, burns, etc. It is not meant for professionals - my wife is a retired paramedic of 12 years and to her this isn't much. However, for the average household, this is all you should need for those minor incidents and accidents that happen around the house. Things like sterile gloves, towelettes, band-aids, burn treatment, antibiotic ointment, and other very common first aid items are all included in this handy kit.I loved that everything was separately boxed and clearly labeled. And there is enough in the kit to last a four-person household over a year or more! I would definitely recommend everyone keeping a kit like this on hand for those unexpected minor emergencies.

Includes a great selection for medical kit refills.
The Xpress First Aid Medium SmartCompliance Refill Pack is exactly what we were looking for when it came to time to replace several sections of our home first aid medical supplies. We particularly liked that this is a fire-and-forget solution and we didn't have to spend the time to figure out what we needed, what expired, and where to find all the items. So at a reasonable price we solved the problem quickly. The supplies themselves are high quality and very legibly packaged. There isn't a lot of useless extras included in this pack but most everything that would be most likely needed has been included. Utility appears to have been at the top of the list when assembling the contents. We are very happy and highly recommend this first aid item.
