Works great
So my wife has only an occasional hot-flash when taking this. And when she does, it's over quickly and she doesn't insist that the temperature drop 30° in 30 seconds! So pleased... (I'm sure she is as well...she tells me that she is). I just hope that this phase doesn't last forever, cause these are a bit pricey.

I’ve been on these for about a year. I like them, it’s a large pill but swallows easy and no stomach upset.

Made me drowsy
I tried taking them near bedtime because they made me noticeably drowsy. I still was drowsy in the morning.

I ran out for a week and my hot flashes and night sweats came back with a vengeance. Took them again for a week and they're completely gone again. This stuff is miraculous.
