[SKIN79] Super Plus Pink BB Pact 15g - Sebum Control Silky Finish Sun Protection Powder Pact, Light Beige Color

Although the compact was not broken, the powder inside was but I tried to salvage it anyway however in retrospect I wish I returned the item. I thought the powder was ok but a little heavier than others that I've tried. I really like the skin food peach sake silky powder so I'm always comparing this powder to that one. The skin food powder is very light in texture which I really like, but it does not have any color so when you first apply it, you will look pale. If you give it a few minutes, your skin tone does come out and it controls oil for a long time. However, the skinfood doesn't have SPF and that is why I tried the skin79. As mentioned, the skin79 feels heavier and on me the color is a little off, on the orange/yellow side. Plus it doesn't control sebum as well as other powders I've tried. That said, I do like that this has SPF whereas many other powders don't. Compared to mainstream brands, this is a very good powder and I would urge anyone to try it as it may work perfectly for their skin. For me it was good but not perfect, so I will keep looking for a powder with SPF. Update Jan 2015: after having this compact for a few months, I've decided to upgrade to 5 stars from the original 3. Yes, I still find it heavier than my original favorite powder, but the fact that this has SPF and other benefits far outweighs this. This powder streamlined my morning routine. It has good coverage, doesn't cause me breakouts, and in these winter months does not dry out my skin. So, this powder has been a lifesaver for me to just quickly brush on and then go out to the store or run an errand. For the office or more formal events I do need foundation, but not as much (spot only) because this powder takes care of the additional coverage. And again, the fact that it has SPF is a win in itself. If you use the US brand name powders, I recommend you give this a try--you may not ever go back!

Love this as an alternative to liquid sunscreen when hiking and camping. Light floral scent is an added bonus when you're sweating it up on the mountainside. I'm not sure exactly how well it protects from the sun but I love how clean and fresh I feel after putting on this powder during hikes vs. putting on normal sunscreen during hikes. Make sure to keep a new puff on you if you're doing multi-day hikes so you don't keep getting the previous day's sweat and oils accumulating inside of it. I probably shouldn't, but I like to really cake on this product while out on the trails, just for extra sun protection =P Warning: you'll look incredibly vain when people see you "putting on makeup" outdoors. Oh well. When worn for normal everyday purposes, this pact helps to mattify my otherwise greasy-looking face and makes my skin look awesome. I usually wear it after I apply my BB cream. I have tons of scars and discoloration on my chin from cystic acne and this covers them up surprisingly well and blurs out the blemishes that my BB creams cannot.

I'm so glad this matches my skin color because I don't know what I would do without it now! I get compliments saying my skin looks like porcelain when I wear this makeup. Super light, not cakey like a lot of powders. It loses a star only because it comes in one shade and it's a really yellow so most people who have pink tones to their skin probably can't wear this.

I'm 45 and of middle eastern descent, but have fair skin. I always used Fair to Light color foundation. Anything beyond the color Beige would make me unrecognizable to myself when looking in the mirror! I've tried to stay clear of compact powders because they made me look too pale or too dark/orange, and made my skin look too dry, it also left a nice crease in my "laugh line". I have ordered this product 3x's since last year. Although they last very long (you don't have to use too much to get great coverage) I usually order the Beblesh Compact and the BB Cream in 2's... just to have them in stock! That's how much I love them! After reading some of the reviews and how some think that this compact is "too orange", I just had to write this review to let you know that if you put it on the right way it will actually give your face a nice tint so you don't look too pale and you're not at all "orange" ... I too thought that it was too dark for me at first when I opened the compact, but if you pat it on gently and blend it in nicely it becomes like second skin. I always blend it in and go all the way to the bottom of the neck area to make sure it's all one tone. Best part is that it stays on until you take it off. I live in L.A...summers here get in the 100's and my face tends to sweat at that temperature. But this powder will never give up! It stays put . As I mentioned above , it really becomes like second skin! Great product. I'm very happy that my sister-in-law introduced this line to me.. I always get my orders in the specified time period and it always comes in a nice sealed package.

I did notice on the reviews everyone is complaining about the "orange" hue and how it settled into pores and fine lines. I am extremely pale with very yellow undertones. I am an NC15 in MAC with a bit more yellow added in. I also have fines lines and larger pores. With that said, I did get this to work for me. There is a trick. First and foremost, if you have lines or larger pores you MUST prime under this. No exceptions. It's too heavy to not settle into pores and lines. If you prime first (I mix Revitalift primer with Maybelline Master Prime Blur and Smooth) it will sit smoothly on top of those pores and lines. I also had to conceal and powder before applying. I powdered with W3LL People Biobright Invisible bright powder. Once all of those steps are covered to prevent the product from highlighting any skin flaws you can now attack the orange problem. If you have decided pink undertones you cannot fix this problem. It is VERY yellow and yellow + pink equals ORANGE. If you are darker complected, this is going to make you paler and ashy so you can't fix that either. For those girls who fall into the fair to medium skintone ranges with neutral or yellow undertones, you can make this work if you want to. The trick to get rid of the orange is in application. I pat it on after my powder and concealer using the enclosed puff. At this point, I look orange and too dark. I then take a large buffing brush and buff this into my skin. The orange is suddenly gone and my skin is smooth and glowy. I tried multiple ways to apply this and each time my face became an oxidized darker yellow slightly orange tint. I tried just applying this with a large brush to save a step and it still darkened and turned color on me. I tried patting it on and then using a damp sponge to blot the excess off, still oxidized. I tried it on bare skin with very horrifying results (it settled into all my problem skin areas and made my skin the most hideous shade of Trump). The bottom line is, if you want to commit to the extra steps, this does give a lovely smooth glowy finish but it's a lot of work and you WILL feel this on your skin. This is a HEAVY powder due to the sunscreen properties. Heavy powders settle into lines and pores so if you don't want to do the extra steps you might want to opt for a finely milled loose powder and use traditional sunscreen. I really neither like or dislike this product. I plan on using it up but I won't repurchase. My Jane Iredale pressed powder foundation does about the same thing but is lighter and more flattering with less steps.

I can get disgustingly pale in winter and my neck goes into this almost blue/green undertone.( I wear NARS Siberia, which is on the neutral yellow undertone spectrum, BUT not that bland gray pinkish "neutral" color you'd find in a drug store foundations.) I was using airspun loose powder to set, in translucent, which is a huge mistake. I was tan but my face was whitish pink. I chose this because I recently got rid of some brown spots on my face and needed SPF protection. Seeing the reviews that this was yellow and fair made me seriously consider it. I can still get away with my Siberia foundation as it oxidizes a bit and then I apply this powder with a brush very evenly on top for medium coverage. Blending is easy and buildable. It stayed nicely and no skin irritation. Definitely a must have for pale girls that need a seasonal shade, this would make a good counter powder too.

I bought this with the recommended bb cream, and they r not the same color. The bb cream is lighter while this is slightly darker. Makes it look like I do my makeup in the dark or had my 3 year old attempt a make up session on me. I've stopped attempting to make this product work and have since gone back to my original bb cream. I had higher expectations but unfortunately, it didn't work out. I will not be purchasing this product again.

I'm a late 40-something white female with problem, combination skin and have purchased a TON of powder over the years (including Bare Minerals), most being used once and sitting in the cosmetic graveyard (aka: under the sink). I have only found one powder I ever liked and used until it was gone (called 'EI Solutions'), something I got at Sephora years back but can't find anymore - so you can say I am picky about powder. This powder has a similar consistency to my HG EI powder. Smooth, creamy looking, great coverage and the PERFECT COLOR! I am really impressed with this powder and would recommend it highly. The compact is cute, has a good mirror and a clear plastic flip tray to separate the powder applicator from the cake. I am surprised that this powder is so awesome because the same brand's matching BB cream (pink label) is a disgusting pasty grey that I do NOT like (and the grey cast doesn't ever disappear IMHO), although the consistency and other aspects are good. I guess you need to buy both if you are using their BB cream. Anyway, I might buy a second one of these for my purse soon! (4.99 for shipping sort of bites, but as promised by seller it was here in just a few days.)

La piel queda matificada y parece que no ensucia los poros. El color es perfecto, ya que soy muy blanca y antes de aplicar el polvo me unifico y trato la piel con la BB cream de la misma línea. Me encanta la calidad y el precio. Repetiré 100%

Ich benutze den Skin79 BB Pact seit über 10 Jahren. Für mich ist er ideal, da ich - anders als viele Nord- und West-Europäer - einen leicht beige-gelben Hautton habe. Puder, die es in Deutschland zu kaufen gibt, sind meist für eher rosige und blassere Hauttöne ausgelegt. Die Farbe passt sich meinem Hautton perfekt an, der Pact lässt sich wunderbar verteilen und wird an mir - trotz stellenweise fettigen Hautpartien - nicht cakey. Die Quaste hält sehr lange, meistens brauche ich eine neue, wenn der Puder zur dreiviertel aufgebraucht ist. Allerdings wasche ich diese auch regelmäßig aus. Bei täglichem Gebrauch hält eine Packung ca. 10 Monate und ist damit angenehm ergiebig, im Sommer pudere ich gelegentlich über den Tag mal nach (passiert aber eher selten, in der Regel reicht es, wenn ich den Pact morgens verwende). Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Super tolles Puder! Deckt wirklich gut und dunkelt auch nicht nach! Es ist vorallem sehr ergiebig und hat bei mir fast ein Jahr gehalten, obwohl ich es ständig auftrage! Ich bin voll und ganz zufrieden mit diesem Produkt und würde es jeder Zeit wieder kaufen!

Lo usé hace unos años y no lo había vuelto a comprar hasta ahora. Cubre y matifica muy bien la piel pero si tienes la tez algo morena hay que tener cuidado con el tono porque es muy claro. Dura bastante ya que no hace falta usar mucho producto para cubrir toda la cara.
