Runs so small

It fit nicely and I am heavy on the top. I wore it for a costume party and dyed it a light green and the dress picked up the color evenly. Great costume nurse dress.

Fit was too small for one and two when i returned it for a refund i was not refunded the amount i paid ive tried to contact seller and have had no luck
