High quality for a good price. Installed easily. Looks fantastic. The drain is for a non-overflow bowl, I didn’t realize that, so I had to cut too small slits in the downspout to accommodate it. That’s no fault of the manufacturer or the product. I also had Two sand down the finger grooves at the top of the drains big plastic nut in order to work with our old countertop. But I’m happy to say it all worked perfectly and looks really good.

No issues, looks great

The finish of this faucet is beautiful and I was looking for a similar design and replacement for my old faucet which was brushed bronze and had a lot of oxydation, although still functional. The installation is very straight forward and quick. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the pop up drain does not secure or lock in place. It slides inside the drain but anyone can just pull it out way too easily, which was not the case with the previous model, where the pop up cover was attached to the drain itself. You can see this in the attached video. The top silicone seal for the drain seemed ok but a little thin and the diameter of the flange is a little smaller than the older model, which was seated much better in the sink and sealed over a larger surface. For that reason I put a large bead of clear silicone around the sink hole on top, between the sink and seal, as an extra precaution. Once installed, it looks stunning.

Since this only lasted one year and two months I am giving it one star; low value for the money. Looks good but for $65.00, I did not expect it to slow to a trickle after just one year. I have a water softener/descaler and there isn't heavy mineral buildup. The troubleshooting section says to check the aerator for any scaling but mine is sufficiently free and clear and still only trickles water even when it doesn't have the aerator in place. I unscrewed the hoses and could see the valve working fine with no blockage nor mineral buildup. I checked the hoses, they're clear. Put it back together and still just trickles water. I was very pleased at first, I thought it was great build quality, it was the perfect size for what I needed, and the ease of use, and Ease of cleaning was great! .....But now just really disappointed. Also, from just unscrewing the shaft, the black paint chipped away easily and revealed the bronze looking metal. So even if it cleared and flowed, I am now stuck with a chipped paint faucet............. Now I need to find what the warranty is on this.... Was it designed to breakdown as soon as the warranty runs out so I have to buy another one!? (In my video the faucet is loose because I was testing it after having checked for blockages and I didn't secure the bracket and bolts under the counter to secure the faucet yet.)

Purchased for a new build, so has yet to be installed. Love the look of it and it’s weight. Looks like a quality piece. Excited to see it installed! Will follow up when that happens.
