I ordered a hoodie for a birthday but chose a size too small. I called the company (this was requested when I selected to return the item) and they offered to replace without needing the return. Replacement arrived in good time and the customer service was faultless. The item is very well made, good quality material and well printed. Great value for money, lightweight hoodie, got this for my sister for her 16th and she’s been wearing it every day since, great for a teenager with a sense of humour. I would recommend this product, however size up for maximum comfort! (Bought size medium)
