Is this powder form gluten free?

I have the capsules and they are gluten free. It does state on the bottle.."does not contain gluten." I don't know about the powder. If anyone is prone or sensitive to heartburn, I would get capsules, and wipe them off to get residue powder off before taking, and then take a few bites of food right after taking the pills. Thats my tip. That's what I had to do but I'm sensitive to a lot of things.

Are these pressed pills or actual capsules you can open and sprinkle on food?

these are capsules. I have bought it loose(better value) & capsules. but i believe they it is all flavored (peach w/ stevia) so you wouldnt want to open and sprinkle on food!!!?
