Is this nude color or tan?

It is what I'd describe as a medium nude. If you are a summer complexion type, you will not notice it. It blends really well with causation-middle eastern 'cool' skin colours... even on the lighter parts of my body.

I use a small piece for the skin graft scar on my nose. I’ve worn it all day without any trouble.

Just had surgery on right index finger again due to scar. How does this compare with scar away? Does it stick well?

I think it works better and quicker (and less expensive) than Mederma, and I tried Mederma while it was still a prescription.

How hard is it to peel off? And is it painful for a child?

I didn't find it hard. Certainly not as hard as a bandaid. It is definitely sticky so it stays put. It is a thin material so I had to use a fingernail to lift a corner to peel it off.
