I love that it worked after fitting it!💓 Music to my ears. I did have to shave a slight bit of rubber to fit it in. I was inspired by a previous reviewer who personalized the cord to fit the hand mixer.

Perfect for my old Sunbeam mixmaster

When my 30+ year old hand mixer had a frayed cord I decided to find a replacement cord instead of a new mixer because I'm comfortable with it and I feel like the quality of small appliances today are not as good.This cord mostly fits. There is a rise by the input and so if I move the mixer enough it comes unplugged. It's a bit inconvenient but I prefer to tolerate it since I love my mixer so much. I know I will need to replace it soon as the motor is starting to overheat when I use it for long periods of time but the replacement cord has definitely lengthened the time I have been able to use it. I didn't really expect it to fit perfectly so I'm overall pretty satisfied with my purchase.

My grandmother passed away a few years ago and she had this beautiful Sunbean Mixmaster mixer. Everything was in great condition but I could not find the cord. Me and my mom tore her house apart looking in hopes that I could re-use it in honor of her. I was SO excited when I found the perfect replacement cord. It works like it is brand new again. I ordered this to replace the cord for my 35 yo GE mixer that used to be my grandmother's. It's the best mixer but the old cord would only work for seconds at a time, then cut out. I even bought a new mixer that didn't come close to the old one. Then, I ordered this cord and it's like brand new again. I plan to have this mixer for another 35 years! It was so easy to find and arrived within a few days.

Very pleased this cord does fit my trusty hand mixer and price was very reasonable. There's nothing wrong with my mixer and I didn't want to throw it away. The only issue was that the original plastic cord had gotten "hard" and the end that fits into the hand mixer would fall out. So good 'ol duct tape came to the rescue - wrapped the tape around the mixer and cord to keep it in place! But that wasn't a perfect fix either (and looked pretty funky). So, I broke down and figured it really was time to replace it, looked for a new cord replacement and as I usually find ... Amazon marketplace to the rescue.
