Q: Will this tool fit a 2002 F150 Crew Cab?

Would not fit the aftermarket headlights in my 2003 F150. They have 4.5mm adjusters and this tool is 4mm. Measure your adjusters with a caliper before ordering or buy local where you can return easily.

Q: Is this for ford only? Will it work for 2001 Tacoma headlamps

Worked just fine on my 2003 Toyota Tacoma prerunner

Q: Do you need this tool to replace headlights on a 2002 ford Taurus SE?

No I did not. I only had to pull the old set out and plug the new headlights in. They self adjust.
