2 years, but they are just sugar, very very yummy sugar :) I'm sure they will last longer. Best lollipops I've tasted too. Soccer team is always asking me to bring them to practice.

How many carbohydrates per serving?

The nutrition facts label as shown in one of the photos states there are 18.6 g carbs in each 3 lollipop serving (but, shhh, my kid doesn't know a serving equals 3!). If it helps make up your mind, I've been buying these for 2 or 3 years now as they are a favorite of my youngest son (age 13) and all my grandkids. I'm happy to be the grandma that always has organic lollipops in the cupboard, and I enjoy one myself every now and then!

Isnn't the rice syrup the equivalent of corn sugar? How many tsp of sugar is equivalent to one tsp of rice syrup?

No it isn't the same. The problem with sugar is the fructose. Rice sugar (aka brown rice sugar) is 100% glucose that is easily broken down and has no negative impact on the liver or metabolism. It is a 98 on the GI for sugars and can spike blood sugars. But as stated earlier it's all glucose. Fructose is the problem. This is according to current studies but we know how that can change. In short no bad fructose, no negative affect on liver and metabolism and easily digestible by the body. HOWEVER, can spike blood sugar due to 98 GI.Depends on what your looking to manage regarding your health. Hope that helps some.

Company claims that it is organic... but ...

Company claims that it is organic...but how it can be organic...as they are using plastic sheet to pack it... plastic is getting melted if weather is hot & it is getting mixed with pops which is harmful for my kid......moreover company is using plastic stick to carry it...they should use wooden stick...if company is charging so much then it should follow some basic norms...
