Love this it is a really great meal replacement. Personally I add different stuff to mine in the blender. I switch it up with avocado, fruits, and all kinds of different stuff. And really really yummy if you mix it with almond milk. I usually have one in the morning with a slash of coffee and keep me full til lunch. I love it cause it’s thick and mixes really well no clumps at all. I like it much better the slim fast that comes in the bottle pre made. All the flavors are good

The flavor is really good, and it keeps me full for about 4–6 hours. I make it with skim milk, and sometimes I add fruit, like a banana. I love it!

Delicious I tend to feel extra hungry at night because of medication and this curbs my hunger.

Dear Cheez-its, I love you, but I don't think our relationship is healthy. Respectfully, The Ultimate Carboholic Hi. My name is Kasey and I am a Carboholic. There is not a chip, pasta or bread that I have ever not eaten and then gone back for more multiple times. This worsens in the evening. At about 9 p.m. I begin to have lustful thoughts about chips and salsa. I start having unnatural thoughts about garlic bread and marinara. I do not keep these items in my house because I would decimate them without remorse. The problem is that my husband is also a recovering carboholic. When I say he's recovering, I mean that he wakes up in the morning full of regret and says he's "going to be better tonight." Fast forward to 9:05 PM and I hear the squeak of our pantry door. I haven't asked him to lube the door because the squeak alerts me to him doing something naughty.... and secretly, deep down, I really love it. I love his lack of will power and that he usually has the same bad thoughts that I do. "Hi, my name is Kasey and I'm an enabler." As a nurse, I know better. After years of being single, skinny and miserable; it was nice to find my soulmate who loves carbohydrates as if they are a childhood grandmother. Reverting back to Nutrition 101, I knew we needed to start eating breakfast to keep the carb-monster away. The issue is that my husband and I aren't "morning people". I am lucky if I am wearing pants within the first 45 minutes of being awake. I should not be trusted with anything that needs assembly or fire/cooking because the result would probably require response from emergency services. I can't tell you how many times I have poured the wrong fluid into the wrong food, (orange juice laced cereal is zesty!) With all of the other tasks I struggle to accomplish in the morning, it is just better if I don't add anything else that requires thought. Enter slim-fast with almond milk. Slim-fast gives the protein that my body is missing in the evening and the almond milk (unsweetened vanilla) makes it taste more like a chocolate shake than a meal replacement. The thing I love about it the most is that it takes literally 14 seconds to make it and I can do it the night before. All I have to do is grab it out of the fridge and throw it in my purse. I drink it on the way to work and there is no extra effort wasted. The taste has improved a lot in the years since I have started drinking it. I bought a few kid sized Nalgene bottles Nalgene Kids OTF Bottle (Gray Bottle/Square Design/Blue Lid, 12-Ounce) and do all of the prep and assembly the night before. In years past, the canned Slim-fast would give people “bowel urgency”. Unfortunately, that is why my poor husband would not drink Slim-fast for the longest time. I gave him a can to take one day when we first started dating. He drank it while he was prepping his aircraft and….well, he had to excuse himself for a little while. That was due to an ingredient that they had to use in the pre-packaged shakes. This shake mix has none of that so don’t worry about having digestive distress! It has been perfect solution for those late night carb cravings as well as being low enough in fat and calories that it could be used for a late-night snack if someone wanted. The only sad part is the Execs that produce Cheez-its have seen a drop in their sales.

I use Slimfat Meal Replacement Powder Original French Vanilla not for losing weight, rather as a tasty addition to my milk product (Hemp milk) for breakfast cereal. Also for making blueberry and other fruit smoothies. I simply like the flavor & additional nutrients. Been using it for many years. as a nutritional supplement.

Each container contains “14 servings” a little more give or take so one container last one week depending on which method of slim fast your doing! from my understanding is 2 meal replacements one meal 2 snacks a day according to most google searches but of course it’s whatever you chose to do!! now this one taste amazing i do 8oz of fat free milk and one scoop (comes with) and purchased shaker cups with it to help mix it it’s not to thick and last about 3 1/2-4 hours before i’m hungry again! i would only recommend buying different flavors after about day 6 it was hard to get down from tasting the same thing twice a day every day! but still overall good! and filling

Loved the taste and i didn’t get hungry for even more than 4 hours, but didn’t make me loose any weight at all.

I have just started using the third one so i can't comment on it's effectiveness but this one is way too sweet compared to the last two.I ended up making myself a meal coz i couldn't bring myself to drink it all

The seal had multiple needle piercing. Suspect food contamination and do not feel safe for consumption ! There's no return policy so technically my money is wasted !

This meal replacement isn’t good. It causes frequent trips to the bathroom, which can make a person feel weaker. I’m sure the manufacturer didn’t consider this effect. We’re your loving family, and we’re concerned for you.
