Works perfectly! I’m very impressed and happy with my purchase. My side hustle is graphic design and custom party favors so I really needed a BIGGER screen to see my designs but I couldn’t afford to just spend all the money on a brand new Mac. It arrived quickly in a big brown box (it didn’t say apple or anything) but it was well wrapped on the inside. Not a scratch, not a crack literally perfect condition. Started up great, took hours to update BUT I was still able to use it while it updated so that was fine. It came with an off brand keyboard and mouse but they both work great with the Mac. I was able to sign into my Apple ID without any issues. I’m very happy and I’ll come back to update this review in about 2-3 months!! *for the people that items arrived with cracks and shatters I honestly think it’s however the actual delivery person handles your item which we would like to think they handle everything with care, unfortunately you have people that aren’t careful so I wouldn’t blame the actual shipper because my Mac was wrapped VERY WELL, I would’ve been shocked had anything happened to it the way it was packaged.* Also FedEx delivered it and I’ve never had any issues with them. Order it! I have no regrets, gonna get a new keyboard though because yes it works but I think it’s actually supposed to be for a windows computer lol

I admit I was slightly reluctant to purchase this bad boy especially being refurbished. However, for the price, I figured a day on a side job would cover it if I didn't like the results. Boy was I mistaken. I ordered this beauty on Monday and it arrived on Wednesday. The second I opened up the box, I could see it was well packed and very much secure and protected in its casing. The only thing moving around in the box was the power cord, which to my delight is the power cord that belongs to the iMac, so that was a sigh of relief. Once I got it fired up and connected to my network, it just basically took care of itself. I immediately got my Magic Keyboard and Mouse connected. I was amazed once I saw that I have 40GB of RAM instead of the 16GB they had promoted, and the 1TB drive worked perfectly. I didn't have to format it or anything. The images and resolution on this monitor is blowing my mind, so thank you for such a pristine machine! Apple knows what it's doing and this is by far the best product I've purchased from Amazon.

I was really looking forward to receiving this iMac, after never purchasing a refurbished product. I opened the package and removed the plastic and bubble wrapping from the desktop screen and shards of glass fall all over my desk and in my hands.. very disappointed.. never again.

This refurbished iMac arrived looking absolutely brand new. The 5K Retina screen is breathtaking, the computer is a lot more than I'm worthy of, I love it! But there was a problem. The computer arrived with the hard drive improperly formatted. The whole system was running from the 28GB Flash disc, and the 1TB SATA disc was completely locked up. No place to put the data! Tech support tried several times to help me sort it out via email, but I was out of my depth. So I took it to a local computer repair guy (certified on Mac). He was able to put everything in the right place and get it talking with itself, took an hour, cost $45. WORTH IT! My old iMac is ten years old and still on active duty. So I figured buying a 2017 refurb iMac was a good bet. It'll last as long as I need it to, and the money I saved from buying a refurb instead of new is going into the New Camera jar. Bonus!

I got my computer today, took it out of the box and it looked brand spanking new. It wasn't advertised with a key board or a mouse but it came with it anyway. Set it up, and it came on, beautiful, set the key board up and the mouse and they didn't work, luckily I kept my old key board and mouse which was from my old computer which was wireless and it worked. The key board and mouse that came with the new computer was something like you would buy from Walmart off the shelf that had batteries. All and all I was not expecting a key board and mouse so no big loss. Computer looks and works great.

I wrote a note to Amazon about the computer having an old program and the ordeal it was. to get it updated and the keyboard and mouse that came with it were junk that were not even paired to the computer and I had to get Apple support on the phone to help me get them paired after borrowing another Apple keyboard and mouse just to get into the control section to set them up.

I have to say that this purchase was one of the best values for the money. The iMac arrived in excellent condition. Absolutely no blemishes, scratches, or other imperfections that I could see anywhere with this system. All items were well packaged and secured. The original box was well intact although it had been scuffed up quite a bit. But I don't consider that a drawback as I am sure it had been moved around a lot during storage and refurbishing of the actual iMac. In terms of setup, I had no issues at all. I purchased additional memory for the system separately and it installed w/o a problem. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get refurbished units, especially Apple products.

Hi. I've been using this for a few weeks since purchased. Long story; she wants to work from home, and since they dont wanna fix her mbp bc of a gpu issue that keeps happening. i decided to give her my old 2012 mbp 16 gb of ram and hopefully get an upgrade. So i decided to buy a "MNE92LL/A" which if u check everymac(google) it says is a 2017 ram caps at 64 gb. i thought ok that'll work. paid for it. waited. finally showed up after ups held it for an extra day. When it finally got here and i finally plugged it in to my surprise it wasnt the 2017 64 gb max ram imac i thought, but instead it was a 2019 128 GB RAM CAP imac. The LAST IMAC WITH A MECHANICAL DRIVE. The imac 2020 has its drive(ssd or w/e u select) soddered to the underbelly of the motherboard. With that said if u head on over to apple.com and u do the 2020 27" imac with 64 gb of ram it costs 2700+ and if u want the 128 GB max. thats 4,399$. I barely spent 1700 on my stuff. you do the math 4399 - 1700. To whoever packaged this. You made my pandemic. Ty sir / ma'am. even the box it came shipped in said it should've been a 2017 imac with 64 gb ram MAX. Soon i will buy the 128 gb of ram and sell the old 64 to make back 250 of the 600 it costs for the ram, which will give me a 0.1 difference in base GPU as the 2020 and i saved 3049$ Thanks amazon / the reseller i cant think of.. master somethin. go with them lol

Felizmente llegó bien , lenta , así que ahora debo hacerle un upgrade de memoria ram , en general en muy buenas condiciones , la pantalla sana , solamente es muy lenta actualmente con 2 de 4 gb
