Once I bent one of the little plastic tabs on the plastic securing nut it slid right in place and the bulb went on easy as could be. The light output compared to the Silverstar's that they replaced was just amazing. Probably twice the reach and white like daylight. The beam pattern was excellent also, with very little bleed over into on coming traffic and the high beams are as good as some aftermarket "off road" driving lights. I can now see much better driving at night.UPDATE: I bought two pairs of these one for my car and one for my truck. One of the lights on my car is now intermittent on low beam, there seems to be an open wire for the low beam, which mostly doesn't work after only a couple weeks, and only the second or third morning driving with them.UPDATE 2: I finally figured out how to contact the company about warranty and they offered to send me a new set of headlights for free. I only needed one but needed it for Monday morning so I had already ordered a replacement that they are going to refund the price of one of the lamps, even after I told them there was a chance I damaged it during installation. They have been great and I wish more companies were so quick to respond and fair.

I did not expect the quality of workmanship at the level of world brands and believe me these are not the first LED bulbs that I changed. They are noticeably brighter than all those that I put before. Very good installation manual with a picture, manufacturer's warranty, quality packaging. All this gives hope that they will work well and for a long time.And most importantly, the price is not the lowest, there are few reviews - a clear sign that the product only enters in the market and the price is somewhat undervalued and there is a chance to get a higher quality product than the competition.

The media could not be loaded.  OMG !!!!! Should have purchase these a while ago. Very bright and I really mean their really bright but not so much where it’s like some blinding you. But this may me do to OEM headlight housing. Super easy to install, no cutting, no using dermal tool, and no bending nor breaking. Simply disconnect light bulb from socket, unscrew lock ring, remove bulb, unscrew ring from led light and put in lighting housing. From there just screw locking ring in, then screw in led to the ring making sure led is facing left to right and reconnect socket back bulb and your set to go. As far as fan I couldn’t hear anything.

Before I bought these, I checked youtube on how to select the proper bulb. It has to match the profile (physically) at the old one. The thin piece matches the original filament for placement.Installed them, made sure the orientation was correct, and the beam pattern looks exactly like the stock pattern. Bright and look great!So google "How to buy LED headlight bulbs" and select the 27minute video. It really is informative, will help you select the right style, and won't blind other drivers with your new bulbs!

I was always hesitant to install led bulbs in my vehicles because of problems I’ve heard about like flickering and such. These just needed a slight spot filed into my rings that hold the lamps in the headlight assembly for the wire to fit through. It’s a flat wire so it really didn’t take much. No flickering or any other issue. Was concerned that the wire might hit the cooling fan but it hasn’t been an issue.These things are bright, so I can actually see in front of my car now. Have eye issues that make standard headlights not very good but I can see great with these. A truck in front of me blinded me reflecting the lights at me off the bumper but that isn’t too bad a trade for being able to safely drive after dark. Wish I would have done this years ago. Dollar for dollar this is the best upgrade I’ve done to my truck for sure. Can’t say what other drivers think as they might be bright if you are driving the other way but I’m first and foremost concerned with my families safety and these improve that for sure.

Honestly no brighter than my standard bulbs just whiter, the beam is not that great and we’re hard to install due to the wire coming out of the side of the housing, made it very hard to fit the collar on, I thought I was either going to break the bulb or the collar. But to be fair these we’re going in a 2000 ford excursion with the factory housing, shightly faded and yellow but even with that I would think it would be a little better at night.

I found these by accident. They were discounted like 35% off on Amazon, so I paid $12.00 a pair. I didn't think I'd be happy but for that price I'd give them a go. Well let me say that they are true gems. Outperformed at set of high dollar Hikaris and have a beautiful color spectrum. Not too bluish and more silvery. They are bright, easily adjusted, and throw light a long distance. Get driver's that flash the high beams at me every night. And these are in a H1 bulb size, which is just inherently a poor bulb design. I used them on a Ford Ranger, a Ford Mustang GT, and lastly an Acura RSX Type R. Since I discovered them the price has steadily increased but I still find them a great bulb for a great price. Don't waste your money on anything else. Others may look really cool, but from experience, they don't shine any brighter.

PRO: BRIGHT White! Good focus with my Suzuki headlights.CON: Installation required "notching" retention ring to pass the plug through it.PRO: 14 months before first "burnout" - actually low beam comes on with only 1 element until it "warms up" for about a half hour then the rest kick in and all is well...in comparison, Sylvania Silverstar Ultra's cost more, aren't as bright and, over 5 years, last 10-12 months maximum before low element burnout. All in the same vehicle.I'm buying another set in a minute - to replace one of the two I bought 14 months ago and to have the other one on reserve under the passenger seat.

No me gustó que la luz no es intensa sino baja. No son útiles para caminos difíciles o mal clima. Perdí mi dinero.
