This is the best detox green tea I have used.Relaxes the body and leaves the mind feeling better.Taste is good and suits my taste buds perfectly..Minty and cool.The best part-- it's totally natural without any artificial flavours hence totally healthy plus they have managed to arrive at an appropriate proportions of ingredients.I can see all the ingredients through my glass bottle.Easy to prepare..Just pour hot NOT boiling water in a vessel,put in 1 teaspoon full of tea and cover it.Let it brew for atleast 10 min,strain and consume.Very less amount required around 2 gm/1 teaspoon full for 200 ml..So adjust the amount according to volume.You can use the same portion twice..Just brew for a little longer..Infact all green teas can be used more than once..Authentic information.If you use a glass bottle with a filter,life will become much better..I would suggest a double walled borosilicate bottle with a filter basket..Many are available @amazon/market..Buy whatever suits you..You won't repent your buy.Storage in airtight container is VERY important.Good thing is they give an air tight packet for storage with the tea pack.I have emptied the content in that packet,sealed it well and then put it another airtight jar.The only cons is slightly higher price..I bought@lightening deal but still price was a bit steep as compared to other available options online/offline.My tips...--Use hot NOT boiling water..Many natural ingredients are volatile so they might evaporate if boiling water used.--Use regularly atleast once a day..I use it in evenings.--store in AIR TIGHT container.In today's fast pace stressful life this is infinitely useful drink..Am certainly using this for long.

Given 4 star for their poor package. Flavour and the quality is good. I have ordered this and one green teaa. Both of the package dumped in a small box and it totally damaged

Was influenced by the positive responses posted and decided to try it for myself. Really do not know if people are actually tasting the tea before posting the responses. The flavour of the tea is pronounced with the flavour of coriander seeds. Though I can see pieces of turmeric and lemon grass in good quantity, never felt the taste. The colour is yellowish owing to turmeric. Very small amounts of fennel seeds and cumin too visible and cumin makes for the second most visible flavour.Peppermint if present as the manufacturer says is negligible. But on the positive side did not feel bitter taste nor the pungency which is a trait of asoefoetida. Hence concluded that it should be in minute quantity,not good enough to cause a major flavour disruption.The smell too is more of coriander cumin mix. Overall would rate it average on the taste and flavour quotient and effects of the ingredients according to Ayurveda is coriander in large amounts if infused and left overnight is " Shitali" means cooling by nature . It reduces thirst . Asoefoetida is known for preventing digestive disorders like stomach pain or upset,cumin is carminative by nature,turmeric is antioxidant and immunity increaser,fennel again good for digestion ,lemon grass prevents acid reflux.So, it supports the digestive system rather than detox properties which has to include milk thistle extracts rather than what the blender says.
