Are these gauze rolls 100% cotton?

It says on the box that it's rayon/polyester blend. Hope that helps.

Does the gauze contain latex?

According to the package the flexible gauze is made from a mixture of rayon and polyester. No mention of latex hopefully this helps you.

Is this fsa approved?

First, let me state that I am a nurse, not a tax accountant. From what I understand, if you have a condition for which you are followed by a doctor who prescrbes rolled gauze to be used in treatment of said condition, one can include this item in your FSA. Example: If you have a wound (I.e.- ulcer, burn, surgical wound) that doctor states must be wrapped with this type of gauze roll, it can be covered in your HSA. Always best to consult with your tax consultant. Even though you will be buying this valid medical supply "over-the-counter" from a supplier, as long as a doctor states the item in his treatment plan, it should be eligible for FSA.

Are these 100% cotton, if not what material?

I'm not sure..and I have used my last one recently. It stretches a little which would lead me to believe that it is not 100% cotton.
