Works great
I restored my 6 year old HP Pavilion. I changed out the battery too thinking it wasn't working. Come to find out, it was the power cord. I saw a video how to test the charger with a multimeter. It turned out it was not working. I found this inexpensive charger. I made sure it was the correct one for my laptop. Once I got it, I plugged it in and the white LED light lit up and it started to charge! I was excited because I've been needing my laptop for online classes and to write work reports when I'm away from the office. It works great.

Good product
So far, so good after a few months of use—I'm hopeful it will be durable. However, I highly recommend the company include a replacement barcode or information card with the product. When I needed another one, I couldn't remember the exact name and spent far too long searching for this specific model for my laptop. This simple addition would greatly improve the customer experience.

spotty charging
Worked so-so from the beginning. Would charge at times but seemed to have to wiggle plug a lot in laptop to get it to work. I thought it was the laptop's problem, but eventually spent more money and purchased the actual HP charger from HP and that charger worked fine
