No issues here.

This hood works great on my 50mm f/2 lens, fits snugly, doesn't come loose, and is made of good quality metal. (No vignetting of course on a 50mm.) I also tried it on my Leica Q (28mm f/1.7 Summilux FF wide angle w/49mm thread) and no vignetting on that one either at any aperture. However it does vignette when I tried it on my 21mm f/2.8 so I think a shallower hood and/or barrel design would be better fitting on the wider lenses. Will buy again from this seller if needed.

Great lens hood for a simple solution to prevent lens flare. Protective lens cover clips on with a solid connection to the front. Threads seem smooth and accurate for an easy attachment and removal, when needed. Excellent value for the price paid. Can finally take my Panasonic HSC-SD5 camcorder out in the wild for some vintage HD footage that only a 3CCD sensor can capture so perfectly in an AVCHD format with the fantastic Leica Dicomar lens.

I really like this hood on my Nikkor 70-300 but the lens cap was hot trash lol. If not for the cap I would have gave this 5 stars.

This hood worked great for protecting my lens but it still vignettes a bit on a Voiglander Nokton 40mm. I would go for the wider one just to be safe.

The quality seems good. It may work fine on a lot of lenses, that's why I gave 3 stars instead of 1. However on the Canon EF 24-105 L series lenses, when you have the lens at its widest, for instance at 24mm, the hood crops out the corners of the picture. If you zoom in to about 35 or 40 then it goes away. So it may work great on some lenses, just not on this one, so buyer beware.

I ordered this front hood for my film camera, I wanted something stylish but served a purpose. I found this & it exceeded my expectations. The quality is good. Fit my 52mm lens, & my canon ae1 program. Awesome that it came with a front cap & a nice rag to clean the lens. Highly recommend .

I really like the quality of these lens hoods. They are metal, not cheap plastic. They thread on to the filter threads, so I can move them from lens to lens. I have a 72mm and a 67mm. I am going to get a 58mm for my 70-300 lens. Good quality, no vignetting, and they come with a cap. Very happy.

Very fast delivery. Bought to replace a large rubber hood that takes too much room in the bag. Smooth fit on MFT plastic filter thread. The slots, developed by Leica for rangefinder cameras years ago, look stylish and offer some advantages. The hood still shades some light from the side, reducing flare; it helps prevent the glass from touching any object; the slots allow light onto macro subjects that might otherwise be in shadow. Bought for a fraction of the price of some other brands. Recommended.
