I believe it's dairy-free. This is verbatim from the back of the bottle (bought mine Sept.2019) "Ingredients: Original caramelised biscuits 52% (wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oils (palm*, rapeseed), candy sugar syrup, raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate), soya flour, salt, cinnamon), rapeseed oil, sugar, emulsifier (soya lecithin), acid (citric acid). *palm oil from sustainable and certified plantations." Note that the punctuation (e.g. instances of brackets) is quoted exactly as per the bottle - I think they forgot to close one set of brackets.
