Party-pretty and a real treat for your tongue
Ooh, I am so addicted to this! Think halvah made with thousands of delicate filaments that melt in your mouth. Mmmm. (You should go right now to YouTube and watch a video of soan papdi being handmade. Incredible. Go on, I'll wait for you.) It comes well-packaged in a tray with mylar seal AND a plastic lid inside the box shown. It's a solid block, but pre-sliced for serving small squares as shown. Note: the slivered almonds are fewer and more random than shown, but crispy good when you encounter one. When you dig into this goodie, or even breathe on it, it flakes, so you're probably going to mess up more than a few squares. That just means fewer for guest presentation—and more for you!

I bought this product to eat plain, by itself it is a sweet and rich treat. I was seeing my kidney doctor one day, which is from India, he gave me a sample of his and I loved it from first bite

I honestly had no idea what to expect when I ordered this, but it's so much better than I could've anticipated. It's kind of like cotton candy, but also kind of like layered phyllo or puff pastry, except it's made out of pistachios and almonds. It's really delicious, and I'll definitely be ordering this again in the future.

Crazy Good! (kinda sweet - just so you know)
I "discovered" this when a co-worker brought some in. Wow! Have never had anything quite like this before. It looks like it's made from compressed layers that are in turn made up fiber like strands. This creates an interesting texture. This is definitely a sweet treat and some may find this too sweet. Great in small doses.

I don’t know how this brand compares to others as I’ve only tried this one, but this stuff could easily become addictive. The texture is so unusual - several different textures as it’s eaten, really. The flavor is hard to describe, faint at first but then the nuttiness builds as the candy flakes apart in the mouth.

this is a premium product, very well packaged to preserve freshness and quality. it is sweet and tasty, with a texture similar to shortbread. it would be a good addition to a platter of holiday baking. i will be reordering this product
