This lemon balm tea is one of my go-to favorites whenever I’m having a stressful day at work. It has such a calming effect and helps me feel more relaxed without making me sleepy or groggy. The taste is light, smooth, and honestly delicious compared to many herbal teas I’ve tried. The quality has always been great and the tea bags make it easy to make. Also, I love that it’s caffeine-free and organic, so I can enjoy it anytime during the day or evening. It’s become a comforting little ritual for me when life feels overwhelming. Highly recommend keeping a box on hand if you deal with stress or just want a calming tea that actually tastes great too!

This tea comes in handy if you don't have fresh lemon balm to brew tea. I enjoy a cup before bedtime to help relax. I have used Traditional Medicinal teas for years. I trust them for quality at a fair price.

I had been using Chamomile Herbal Tea Bags and a neighbor suggested I try these lemon balm tea bags. After about the 3rd cup, I was hooked! I drink a cup prior to bed and it relaxes me like no other herbal tea I've tried. For me, the flavor is much better than the Chamomile. The brewed tea is darker and has appearance of being stronger than others I've tried.

I never take photos. Anyways, I started drinking tea late in the game. My mom and them always buy tea mainly the ones in the supermarket. I said I knew there was something more suitable for me, as some were harsh on my throat and needed evaporation milk. I was looking for a tea that I could just have on its own, I finally found my holy grail. At first it took a while to acquire the taste, but then I decided I would mix it with another tea Typhoo and it is like the perfect blend, mind U I did it for like a few days several times by itself, besides the taste the effects it has was so comforting. Back in the days if U made a sudden loud noise it would irritate me, now it’s like my heart barely skips a beat. I look forward to drinking it atleast once a day as it’s great for keeping u relaxed although the box says stress relief. To my knowledge I have no stress because I pay no bills. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for that calm feeling. I went with Lemon Balm but next time I want to try the Lavender

Had a nice flavor faint honey like flavor. It did seem to have a slight calming effect but since it’s a tea, that effect took longer to feel. I didn’t feel much of a difference than when I drink chamomile tea. Decided to try the drops instead.

Maybe it's me but it does not do anything what so ever to me, I tried it twice already and honestly it's useless.
