I use this brown rice flour as part of my gluten-free flour blend, and I have been very happy with it. Delivered GF safe brown rice flour as expected!

I am so thankful I discovered this flour, I use SO much of it! I have severe MCAS & can only eat 6 foods. I eat a LOT of rice waffles every day, this flour helps me do that. I do mix it with Anthony's White Rice Flour, some protein powder, & baking powder. I use a Belgian waffle maker with some cooking spray, otherwise it sticks BAD. But the recipe I've put together gives me thick, fluffy waffles! I've also used it for baking cookies, muffins, & pressing crepes for tortilla substitutes. It's not going to be as fluffy & crumbly as other flours, but I'm not allergic to this one so I'm happy! 😀 Here is my waffle recipe, it makes a HUGE batch so adjust accordingly! 4 cups brown rice flour 4.5 cups white rice flour 1.5 cups brown rice protein powder 3 Tbsp baking powder

Product is delivered quickly. Texture is consistent and baking results are reliable. Always fresh, and Non GMO. There is also an organic option. This is great for feeding my gluten free sourdough starter. Anthony's has a number of other food products that I have ordered and am always pleased.
