Hoods have been over stretched and compromised they not fit for replacement

Shifter hood
Pretty good quality. Bit hard to get it on, but it shows it can withstand being pulled over the hood. Sprayed some wd40 to help it slide it on. Bought it to replace worn r8000 hoods

Fit like a glove
Perfect replacement for my ultegra setup on the bike. I sprayed a little bit of anti bacterial spray on the inside to make them slide on a little better and 5 minutes later good as new!

Nikel pour ma poignée Ultegra compact 11v. Avec une goûte d'huile pour faciliter le passage un peu de poingne, bien tirer dessus pour finaliser le plaquage.

Coprileva per comandi ultegra R8000. Ricambio originale shimano. Utilizzare gel disinfettante alcolico o alcol isopropilico (o altro liquido contentente alcool) per facilitare l’installazione. Appena installati possono risultare non perfettamente aderenti. Dopo un paio di utilizzi si adattano perfettamente.
