color says "grey"..is it the bluish one pictured?

Yes the picture is accurate with the colors I have bought several of these knives love them good steel and super easy to open with one hand

How do I select the handle color I want? I'm not seeing a selection menu.

In the search area, type in: Ganzo fh41 black, or whatever color handle you want. (cf for carbon fiber)

what is size of open knife, and blade size, in inches? i don't know the metric system.

The full length when open is almost exactly eight inches. The blade is 3.5 inches long, with slightly smaller cutting edge length due to the sharpening choil.
