Great printer/scanner
This is a very good quality printer. Fast, reasonably quiet and easy to use.

2 Months in and Failure of the Scanner/Copier function
The scanning/copy tray misfeeds or won't feed paper. I feel like this product is built well and it seems heavy duty. For whatever reason, the scanner/copier tray jams on the first sheet and will not scan/copy as it is should. This is really frustrating not just to my people and their productivity but to our business. I will probably find another printer/scanner/copier for our small business. It's just frustrating to spend a good amount of money for a product you expect to use for a few years before it craps out.I would also note my experience with their technical support has been sub-par. I am frustrated with their warranty process and their capacity to help fix the problem. We are two weeks out from my last contact with them and they are still working to address the issues with our specific Printer/Scanner.

Good Stuff
Works pretty good but we did have some problems with the Fax capability. Didn't come with any directions...no manual or anything which is weird for how much it costs.

Complex scan setup but otherwise very good.
Works well but setup for scanning shortcuts is very complex. Fortunately Lexmark customer phone support is excellent. Cell phone and tablet access works well using Mopria app. Overall good value for the discount price we paid. This replaced a similar Lexmark 460 model that we used for about 8 years.

Simply Excellent for Home Office Needs
This is definitely another winner from Lexmark. I have a home office, and while I don't always need a workhorse printer, this one absolutely blows my previous one away. It was fairly easy to set up. The size was a bit larger than expected, but that wasn't really a problem, considering I already had a sizable printer stand. The color touch screen is fairly self-explanatory, and easy to navigate. I like how easy it is to connect to the printer by going wireless, so I have several computers and other devices ready to directly print to it. The scanning feature definitely works well. The printer itself cranks out just shy of 50 pages a minute, which saves me plenty of time and effort on big jobs.If you have a basic home PC or notebook, and only print things once every few weeks, this may be too much printer for your needs. Just get something more basic like that B2338adw for a few hundred bucks less. But if you print often, need to fax, need to scan documents or photos, then this would be perfect for any traditional office or home-based business. I'd definitely recommend this Lexmark.

Printer gets hung up!
I am a fan of Lexmark but this model is horrible. It constantly gets hung up and it's nearly impossible to delete a print job once it has spooled to the printer. I've spent far too much time troubleshooting, rebooting computer, rebooting printer, rebooting router, connecting printer directly to computer, had IT guy work on it and on and on over and over. It was great at first but two months later if has completely failed me. It's very disappointing and the return window has expired so that's $500 down the tubes. What a rip off!

Large Heavy Duty Printer
It's hard to get a good gauge of just how big this printer is by simply looking at the picture, but when I say it's big I definitely mean it. It's about 2' long x 2' wide x 2' high and weighs just over 50 lbs. So be prepared to have a space that's large and strong enough to hold this monster printer. It was both easy and quick to setup for its first use. It connects via wifi like most newer printers do nowadays. You can also connect multiple devices to this printer which works great for my small office and several computers. It does everything that you'd expect an all-in-one printer to do including: scan, copy, fax, and print. The settings are easy to navigate and it's been pretty generous on ink consumption thus far. It's also pretty speedy while boasting a black print of 46 pages per minute. Overall this is a nice printer to utilize in a small business or office setting, but probably too big for a someone's average home use.

Home Office
Have this for home office use. It is not your standard printer size, so make room. Heavy too. Allows for faxes, multiple copies at once, and goes off Wifi which is nice. Haven't had to replace ink yet, so I don't know if it's easy or expensive. This is very easy to use and set up. Worth the money.
