I truly am grateful for this product. I have been on the methadone program for 6 yrs. I started using vitadone in 2021 because I was about to begin my detox to come off of the program and I had heard about vitadone helping so many people so I figured it was worth a try. I got pregnant in 2022 and continued to use to vitadone along side my prenatal vitamin and it helped me so much with regularity both before, after and during pregnancy which is huge to me because I've never had regular bowels..ever!!! I was lucky if I went once every 2 weeks and I'm not even joking it was horrible but after decades of dealing with it my body got used to that I guess and man within a couple of months of using vitadone I started having bowel movements once a day! That's huge to me bc like I said it's always been maybe every cpl weeks. Its also helped me with sweating, better sleep, and just gives me my glow back..trust me you will understand what im talking about but you have to work with it!! We do some serious damage to our bodies through addiction. This supplement is a must have. It's not a fix all however so you need to work with it and give it time!! If you doubt a vitamin can make a difference in your MMT life, think again and read on. I'm in my mid-thirties, 6 feet tall and 185 pounds, so I'm not a huge guy. I've been on MMT for 8 years now. Up until two weeks ago, I just went on suffering the side effects, being convinced (for no good reason) nothing could change the way I felt. In the past year, it's gotten worse though I don't know why. I live in an area where it's pretty much hot year round and summers are brutal. I can literally walk downstairs to my car, get something, come back up and in those 2 minutes, my shirt can nearly be wrung out. It's disgusting. I have no energy. All I ever want to do is sleep. I can wake up after 10 hours of sleep, go down to my car, come back up, and aside from being soaked, I'm exhausted. I STAY exhausted. The thought of having to get up to even take a shower is exhausting. After reading reviews here on Amazon and seeing so many people swear by it, I figured it couldn't hurt to try. After 4 days of taking it, I thought I might have started to notice being a little less tired. After a week, I was certain I was less tired than normal, and my shirt wasn't as soaked after short trips outside. After two weeks, I can tell you I am amazed. I thought there was no hope for how I constantly felt. I sweat FAR less and I kid you not, in a week, I have not taken a single midday nap and that is WAY out of the norm. I'm just not tired in the middle of the day now. I can't speak to the sugar cravings because I only had those in the first year or so of MMT. But I CAN tell you this has made an amazing difference that I never could have guessed. If you think nothing can help, try Vitadone. you've got nothing to lose and a great deal to gain.

I’ve been waiting and waiting to write this review! I have read so many reviews and prayed I would be one of the lucky ones as far as the vitamins helping my sweating and sugar cravings. I have been taking them for 6 weeks religiously now. I take them at the same times every day and made sure to be very consistent as to get the best effects! And to give them a full chance, I waited six weeks before reviewing. The positives: my hair and scalp are much healthier!! My scalp doesn’t itch from dryness anymore and even my husband says he noticed my hair isn’t all over the house like it usually is! I don’t have sugar cravings as often! It hasn’t completely cured my midnight snack cravings (if you have these you know what I’m talking about.... sleep eating! Where the craving is so strong you can NOT eat!) Well that has gotten better but not entirely gone. I feel like I have more control now and can be fully satisfied with better things like applesauce and fruit! No need for sugary candy or chocolate. I’m much more “regular”! We don’t need details do we? ;) I feel happier and more stable in my moods. Maybe that’s all in my head? But I don’t think so! I genuinely feel these have help stabilize my moods and given me a new clean energy! I don’t need naps all the time anymore. Negatives: I haven’t stopped sweating. Or even improved :( The main reason I tried these was bc everyone was raving about how they stopped the sweats. No such luck for me. I’m going to continue to take them and hope that the sweating improves. The other negative is that they cost a lot for 30 day supply! But then again, 90 vitamins for $30 isn’t that bad. There are plenty of benefits and not many negatives. I’m going to continue to take them because my hair is drastically healthier and my moods are overall happier (I know, I never thought a vitamin could do that either but it true!) I’m hoping the sweats will dissipate the longer I take these. I’ll give it a good six months before looking into others. I personally know women who have had the profuse sweating and sugar cravings stop altogether with these so if you’re reading reviews, especially if you’re on MAT don’t let me stop you! I say go for it! Try it out for a solid 60 days and see what these can do for you! It can’t make anything worse right? ;) MAT people swear by these!!

I highly recommend this to anyone looking for something with all the major vitamins in it. Especially if you are like me and just feel blah or tired from not having enough vitamins in your system. Now it is a pretty big pill which I struggle with, but the overall effects make it worth it. I can tell a difference on the days I don't take it verses when I do.

I have waited to try this for several years but I finally did and I absolutely love it. I've had issues with sweating and feeling fatigued all the time, but now I'm starting to feel back to normal again. I will continue taking this now. It is a hard pill to swallow at times because it is large but I take them one at a time and it helps. The quality is amazing and I believe it's effectiveness speaks for itself. Everyone I know that needs this I am telling them about it.

Fantastic supplement, recently found out about this supplement! Just be careful if you have any type of fish allergies, check with your doctor!! I'm 5'2" and 98lbs and 3 times a day was way too much!!! Now I take just 1 a day..

I've been using this product ever since the nurse at my Clinic told me to try it and I LOVE IT! It works VERY WELL, especially with the sweating! I'd be pouring sweat from my head down my face just washing the dishes! Taking a shower, no matter how cold... afterwards be covered 8n sweat asking myself why did I even TAKE a shower?!?! I couldn't go anywhere, because I was so embarrassed at how hot I'd be... even when it was cold out! This medicine has changed my life, I'm now happier and actually going down on my Methadone! For a year I've been slowly decreasing, and within the next year I'll hopefully be completely off! Vitadone taken as it says on the bottle, 3x a day has been a huge factor in the changes in my life! I'd no5 be where I am today without the help of this product, and Jesus Christ my Savior and God! Thank you!
