Does this come with a wiring harness or will I need to buy one.

I am not aware of any particular "wiring harness" you can get for this or any other item you want to add to your car. These lights come with a 6" lead and you will most likely have to attached some additional wire to it to reach whatever your power source is. I mounted my light under the rear bumper so I could see behind me when I back up at night. Therefore, I tapped into my backup light wiring and needed about 4' of two strand wire to do that. I soldered the wires and used heat shrink tubing to protect the wiring connection from the elements.

Using a small ATV battery as the power source, how long would you think the battery would last?

I have the light bar on a full size f150 and a 650 cca battery and on accessory only a 3rd of the crees light up. Like it draws waaaaay too much juice or something, so I wouldn't count on it lasting long or cooking the charging system while using it once the battery gives in quietly. Keep it charged and get the biggest amperage you can fit on it

I am installing 2 spot and 2 flood. Which ones should go higher and which ones lower? (2 by the headlight and 2 by engine closer to the ground) Thanks

Spotlights, or driving lights should go higher. Fog lights should be closer to the ground. The idea with fog lights is to keep the light source as close to the ground as you can, in order to minimize the amount of fog it has to shine through to show the road. If they're up high, they'll illuminate the fog above the road, making the lines on the pavement harder to see.
