This is way better than that syrup at Walmart or even the ones that use in Starbucks can’t remember the names . This is really great in a caramel macchiato

I have ordered this twice - the first time it came in the glass bottle like it’s labeled and it was great. Ordered a second time it came in a plastic bottle. Frustrating and no options for return/refund.

Seriously, this syrup makes my iced coffee so delicious! This is the 3rd bottle I've bought. Now I have my coworkers addicted.

So, I LOVE this syrup, the reason I love it so much is that it has minimal ingredients with great taste. The syrup itself is amazing, however; I have given this product three stars because I specifically bought this bottle because it was listed as a “glass” bottle. It arrived and it was not a glass bottle, it was in a plastic bottle. After realizing the item was listed incorrectly I attempted to return it and to my dismay the item is NOT returnable. If you have a preference for glass do not buy this, just keep looking…Luckily, I was replacing my empty “glass” bottle, so my delicious syrup still has a glass container that I can pour it into.

this product is labeled as glass in the description, but is actually plastic. meaning it was overpriced, and the syrup pumps won’t fit correctly. i want a refund or replacement, but there’s no option for that. there’s not even an option to message the seller. normally i love 1883, and all the other products i’ve ordered have been great and arrived in glass containers. However, for some reason this one did not

I do appreciate this came in a nice, glass bottle well sealed. However, I think it tastes more like cherry than caramel. It is sweet and drinkable, but I wouldn’t repurchase as it doesn’t taste like caramel to me.

Mine came in a glass bottle. Packaged well. I tried it in my ice coffee (along with SB caramel macchiato & whipped cream). I put just a very small amount to try out. The taste was strong for that tiny amount. I didn't care for the taste. Maybe I'm just use to basic caramel syrup. I'll take this bottle to the office, so it won't go to waste.
