Hi friend, the no-load current draw of the 110v machine at max speed(20000-22000) is 2A. The max power is 220W.

After about one year of use, the machine is making a loud noise--it sounds like perhaps it needs oil/grease? Is this part of regular maintenance?

Dear friend, it means the carbon brush of the motor is worn out, and the motor needs to be replaced. But because the motor is not easy to replace, it is recommended to replace the entire machine head. Please kindly open the motor cover and take a picture of the motor inside. You could send the picture to us and we will let the technician have a check.

If you want to pulse it 1 minute on, 1 minute off, can you do it automatically or do you need to do it by hand?
