Can you confirm that the part numbers are as followed: Group Gasket: 36301030 Screen: 40200005 Thanks!

yes, per our (Caffe Forte) listing / offer page: Kit includes all OEM Rancilio group parts: gasket #36301030, group shower screen #40200005, and group screw #37030518 (slotted screw provided for ease with installation differs from screw shown in photo). Thanks, -caffe forte

Ive seen some kits online showing a screw that sits completely flush with the shower screen, is this neccesary ? it was way more money...

no need to change the shower screen and screw if they are in good condition,if broken shower screen must be changed or dirty only wash, and if leak between the holder portafilter and the tower only change the gasket

Will this work with the Rancilio Silvia v2?

Yes, these parts will work with the Rancilio Silvia Version 2.

does the screen in the kit come with a new center screw

It depends. There are two different kits from the same vendor. Choose the one that is approx. $1 more in price if you want the screw.
