Works great for cleaning coffee equipment and mugs.
I use this to clean my espresso machine and my coffee mugs. It made my stained coffee mugs look like brand new. It did not leave any residue or impart any taste. Very effective product.

Cleans the first time!
Worked really well. Cleared up a 20 year old coffee cup the first time around. Half a teaspoon and boiling water. Let it sit and your cup is like new. I just wish they had the smaller container of the stuff on Amazon.

We use this at an actual coffee shop
Ae actually use this product at our coffee shop and at home. It cleans super well and is quite strong. So I do advice be careful to not touch the actual powder itself if possible. The value for money is very much worth it. Works quite quick for the job intended. Super easy to use and honestly you can also use it to help get rid of any coffee or coffee stain build ups on METAL products. I’d wouldn’t use it on plastic as I wouldn’t feel it safePERSOANLLY

Works incredibly, not just for coffee
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this product is insane. I got a Chemex a few months ago, and despite regular cleaning, I couldn’t get rid of the cloudiness and yellow hue on the glass. After one use, it looked brand new. I was so impressed that I tried it on my Nutribullet, which I use to make ginger turmeric shots and had been stained yellow for as long as I can remember. One use, and the stains were completely gone. Since my Nutribullet is plastic, it’s great to know this works on more than just glass and metal. Highly recommend!

What pros use
Used this as a barista and it works very well. If you have nice fingernails wear gloves when using, it just weakens them and they will break off in days. This stuff cleans up the worst scales or even that stuff that looks like glass is etched. It removes it ALL

It works
Not much to say. Have been using this for years. I use it once per week to backflush my La Marzocco espresso machine. I also recommend it for soaking/cleaning moka coffee maker parts. You don't require much for backflushing an espresso machine. This size lasts me about 10 years. Some confusion on my part as I forgot my espresso machine purchase came with some cleaner. So, I'm changing this size lasting 10 years to 5 years. Still exceptionally good in my opinion.

Best coffee equipment cleaner
For cleaning stainless steel or glass coffee equipment, there is nothing I know of that is more efficient. Absolutely the best. You may think you clean or rinse well, but add this to your maintenance schedule. You'll see just how much cleaner things can get. Works on all stainless, glass or ceramic equipment. I've used it on drip coffee machines, espresso machines, pod machines, French presses, thermal tumblers etc. A definite much have.
