Same amount of layered foam as the T3 for knuckle protection?

The main difference between these series of gloves is the outer material covering. The T3 Boxing Gloves offers a high quality synthetic leather while the Kanpeki series Boxing Gloves are covered with 100% genuine leather. Structurally, the two series are almost identical including the interior foam. The only other difference to them would be the T3 Boxing Gloves offer a Sweatwick thumb while the Kanpeki series does not.
