It's (still) a fantastic card at a fantastic price!
I love this card! It's been a solid year and a half (bought it in July 2014) since I picked it up and I still cannot be happier with. I bought it for a budget build -- coupled it with an AMD 6300 -- and it honestly has been able to play all of the games that I have thrown at it. Of course, I am not playing at very high to ultra settings, but for me, medium to high settings is more than enough -- and that's on a 1080p display! So they look beautifully and average around 40-60 fps easily. Some of the more taxing games that have worked surprisingly well on it were: Dragon Age Inquisition (high settings easily), GTA V (high settings as well), the Witcher 3 (medium-high settings or "console settings"), Metal Gear Solid (mostly high settings) and even Fallout 4. Fallout 4 struggled a bit and I compromised and brought many of the settings to low-medium, but the game still looks (somewhat) good. It's not the prettiest game in the world, but hey it does its thing. All in all I recommend this card. It's quietly, it's small, and will easily play almost all games to 2013 on Ultra, games up to 2014 on high, and games that have come out in 2015 on medium-high settings. Fallout 4 was the one game that sort of showed it's age, and I can't imagine many games to come that will be "easy" for it to run. What's especially awesome about this card is that it is very often compared to the graphical power of the PS4 and Xbox ONE. So it very often matches the graphics of games on both those systems, and in most instances exceeds them. This was especially apparent with the Witcher 3.Because it's late 2015, there might other options available. If you can find this card for $100 or less, definitely go for it! But if it's more, I would scout around a bit for another deal. Thanks for reading and have a good one! Whatever your 'one' is.

Lovable old beast, but look elsewhere.
Performed great in its day, but rather outdated now. Always ran cool even when overclocked, despite the single fan. If you want to throw it in a budget build, there are much worse options, but don't expect too much.

Built for the long run
Have had this video card for a couple of years now and it has yet to disappoint me. While this card comes at a fair price and can be seen as an entry level graphics card, do not be fooled. Like the other reviewers have said, this card can stand up to many of the popular games being played today. While this card is not capable of running every new game on Ultra 4k resolution, you can still find a healthy balance while being able to play all of the games that you want to play. This card was very easy to install, it is a normal size card and can be popped right into your mobo, there is no need to remove any brackets or clear out any extra space. Everything will fit like normal. The card is powerful so it does require a 4 pin plugin to power it up. No big deal and should be included on any power supply. This card operates very well under an intense load, while it does get noisier with the higher work load, the fan does a very nice job on getting the heat our. If you can handle a little noise increase, then this card is great for all your gaming needs. I have never experienced the card overheating or turning off my machine. As other reviewers have said, you can try speedfan or modifying the Bios, but I have yet to experience any issues. Radeon did a great job with this card and still offers updates every now and then, which is great especially since its starting to become an older card.

Doesn't last long.
Ordered this, installed it and within 10 minutes the card died. I thought maybe something was damaged during shipping so I had Amazon exchange it. Received the new one, worked amazing. Ran WoW on ultra at 97FPS average, 45FPS average in high population areas. Less than 30 days the card died again. If you get this card expect a gamble. If/when it works it is an amazing card for the money. However do not buy this thinking you will be lucky enough to get one that will last. That's what I did and I am glad Amazon has a terrific return policy.

Decent low cost upgrade card for an older computer, using in crossfire is near wothless.
It just ok. Lots of cards are better for not much more. I have two of these becasue another computer deal I got off Newegg came with one of these, I put them in crossfire but the performance was only about 20% better. Not a bad card if you need a cheap upgrade with HDMI DVI/VGA and Displayport. But not a super gamer, though also not bad I can play new games just definately not close to max.

Great budget and mid-range card, but a little behind for modern gaming demands.
This is a great graphics card for gaming but don't expect to max out Crysis on it and have 60 FPS. Installation was simple, drivers were updated smoothly, and I was playing games in no time. But I would recommend saving your money for a better card. I started playing Star Wars: The Old Republic [2011], and I can have the graphics close to maxed out but not quite. It's an older game with graphics equal to the first Mass Effect, you would think this card could handle that but it just falls short. Anti-aliasing needs to be disabled, as well as both environment textures and detailed shadow effects to be lowered in quality in order for optimal FPS.For budget or even mid-range builds, this is a great card with no complaints, and even comes in a small form factor for convenience of smaller towers. But if you're looking for a high-end build, save your money and get a better card because it won't handle the high speeds and graphical demands of more modern games like Advanced Warefare.
