Stopped heating after just 13 month and no parts available.
Church fellowship time 2 hours once a week.

Disappointing!
Loved the look of the coffee maker and the first 2 times I used the coffee maker it made great coffee—the THIRD time I tried to use it there was nothing. No heating up, no perking, no coffee. The machine just stopped working. Horribly disappointed in this product!

Doesn’t have water line inside

Have to shut it off. not automatic shut off. Otherwise it works well.

Did not Work
The first try we followed the instructions and came back to find that the machine had shut off and only a part of the coffee grounds were wet through the filter this resulted in tinted warm water. We hit the reset button at the bottom and turned it on again and let it run. Ultimately it gave us very watered down coffee because it didn't go through all the grounds in the filter. Later that week we added more coffee grounds to see if it was our error, however it ended up doing the same thing and turning off before making coffee. We reset it and tried again (also looking at the manual), however it produced very weak coffee. We hope to return it and try a smaller solution. Thank you.

Good bargain
The instructions are a little lacking in detail but you can easily figure out. Works great, brews quickly, easy to clean and set up.

Good coffee, poor performance
I bought this urn to use for school staff meetings and small events, but have used it only about five times. Everyone says it makes really good coffee and it looks nice, but it turns off during percolation and has to be turned on again about three times before finishing a cycle. This is very inconvenient when setting up for an event or meeting, as I have to stay with it until it's finished or the coffee won't be ready on time. I wish there was a way to fix this, especially since I spent almost $100 on it. I can't see it standing up to heavy use because of this feature. I contacted the company and they are honoring the warranty.

Waste of money
I ordered one of these and used it for about a week and the overheat sensor kept popping. I sent it back and got a second one and that one started leaking within 30 days. These coffee pots are junk. Get something different. Websteraunt has some good ones for cheaper That are commercial grade double wall stainless steel.
