On August 3 you posted an answer indicating that there will be an upgrade soon (regarding the pump part)...is this available now on October 28?

Hello, thank you for asking again. Unfortunately not available yet. You may have a try on current version which has same appreance and function as metallic one. If you have any unsatisfaction, we would love to help you by the best effort as soon as we receive your Amazon email contact. Sincerely. -- by ARKTEK

Is there a trick to get these to work? I bought 2 and have spent about 30 combined to get soap to come out of each pump and nothing is coming out.

I had no problem with mine, the soap comes out very easy. I think you have to return yours and request a new one!!! Sorry for the problem.

Can you control amount of soup that comes out or does it dispense specific amt. when you push down? Often I need extra drop or so when doing dishes.

This is not a soup dispenser! As a soap dispenser, one push down gives you one squirt of soap enough to clean your hands.

Will this work with foaming soap?

Hello, thank you for this question. It is a regular dispenser for hand soap and lotion, normally cannot deliver foaming soap. But if you meet any problem using it, please send an email to contact us. We will be always ready to assist you by the best.
