Works for the most part but hard to squeeze.
The tool worked as advertised except I was using on #10 gage wire, and it was extremely hard to squeeze. If I were to buy again, I would get the longer contractor tool.

Excellent and light weight
Excellent product, well engineered and works great. Very lightweight and easy to use. Tensions exactly to the torq specs set on the handle

Great tool.
Works very well. No problem tightening my 300’ grapevine trellis wire tight. It has a tension indicator but I did not use it as I tightened by feel. There are more expensive ones out there but for the money this one as well worth it. I would recommend this to a friend.

Must have Gripple tool
Most folks in the US won't use Gripple tension blocks but they are great and much more secure than the old U-Bolt clamp from Home Depot. this tool made installing 300 of the tensioners on a job site a breeze.

Amazingly easy

Being able to get all 14 wires tension-ed properly makes our new electric security fence look and work great made the old fence look sloppy barely functional. The Gripple Plus connectors and the Gripple Torq Tool Tensioner were easy to use and we were able to get a fence so professional looking everyone stops at the gate and won't get near it. Gripple made the difference.
